All materials are sourced from local suppliers. This includes the Foam, Fabric, Cover and packaging materials. Eco-friendly, ethically sourced, REACH compliant, FR additive free, phthalate free, solvent free, formaldehyde and lead free.We are always working to design and manufacture additional pieces to improve the experience of relaxing and playing with the Cheeky Monkey Deluxe Play Couch. We estimate that orders will be ready for local meet/ pickup or shipment within 2-4 weeks of purchase.
We now offer a local Meet / Pickup option at no cost to customers. Please select the Local Meet / Pickup option and once your order is ready, we will send you an e-mail and setup a date and time for the pickup. The pickup location will be the Sunrise Centre located at 1400 Ottawa St S, Kitchener, ON N2E 4E2.
All other orders will be shipped using Canada Post, UPS/USPS, Purolator, FedEx or Loomis/Canpar.
Once shipped, the estimated time for your product to arrive is 3-9 business days.
Please remove the products from all packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. Products that are left in the packaging for longer then 7 days will void the Warranty.
Once the Product has been removed from the packaging please play with the product and allow the foam up to 30 days to fully return to its original shape and size.
We will accept returns within 7 days of delivery and only if the product is in the original packaging. Any shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
